	I started with Effetre Light Amber base in a tube shape. Next, I dipped the end of my rod in Iris Dark Brown frit -size 1 and threaded the resulting lumpy rod onto the bead. I repeated this step a few times until the whole tube was covered. I melted the threads in, but did not reshape into a tube. Next, I encased in Vetrofond clear and shaped into a bicone.

Working Tips

Use caution when encasing- too much frit under 104 encasing will crack the encasing. my "magic" amount seems to be 4 dips or runs through frit before encasing when it cracks.
