How do I join?
If you are a customer, you have joined already. You can
email me anytime at
thankyou@phoenixartsupplies.com if you have questions
about where your account is right now.
When is the "end of the Phoenix Art Supplies
Year"?
The year stops counting the last day in
October. I want to be able to give the gift certificates in
time for Christmas shopping.
Do I have to do anything to claim my gift?
No, I will email gifts within a week of the
end of October. If your email is not valid or if you may have
ordered under two names, you can contact me and I will update
you on your status.
Will the gifts remain the same each year?
I'm not sure. I based the first years gifts
on running the numbers for those customers and looking at
average purchases and how much people would have saved if
there had been a volume discount. The current set up is based
on about what a volume discount would have been except that
you don't have to order one type of glass or another and tools
and cigar boxes count as well. You can also use your gift
certificate to buy anything in the store. It's a win/win. If
customers have ideas, I may tweak for year three- maybe save
some rare glass for top customers?
What are the levels for gift certificates?
$300
3% of your total year long purchases in a
gift card.
$500
5% of your total year long purchases in a
gift card.
$750
7% of your total year long purchases in a
gift card.
$1000
10% of your total year long purchases in a
gift card.
I bought from Phoenix Art Supplies at a show, does this
count?
Only online purchases accumulate towards these numbers.
How do I use my gift card?
You enter the code I email you in the "coupon" field on
check out. It will subtract the amount of your gift card from
the amount of your purchase.
I ordered in a bulk buy, do I get a thank you?
Thank you! For a bulk buy I can only send a thank you gift
to the organizer who took all the separate packing work off my
hands.
